- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪True a little pricey but, you get an induction assessment (free) with a cardio work up, lipid panel, and a personal trainer to assist with an appropriate exercise plan. Most of the equipment is high end, you have use of a therapy pool as well as a GREAT swimming pool, lockers, unlimited towel use, steam room, sauna, hot tub bigger than most kitchens, plenty of group fitness workouts, and a fitness court. They even have a small restaurant which offers a healthy alternative to the PHAT foods they sell in town. I also like the personal attention afforded should you request it.
